SHIPPING POLICY
We will ship your order once fully paid. Orders will ship within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not processed until the following business day. We will contact you by e-mail to provide you with tracking details (if any) when your order is shipped. If we do not have a product in stock, you will receive an email with any back-order or cancellation information.

Canada
Shipping within Canada will be by Canada Post Expedited Service. Actual shipping time is approximately 3-5 business days. If express service is desired please indicate on the order and we will specify the charges.

United States
Standard shipping via Canada Post is available within the United States. Shipping time is approximately 1-3 weeks. If express service is desired please indicate on the order and we will specify the charges.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY (in store and online)
Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of purchase for a refund (shipping charges are not refundable) or exchange. Footwear should be tested and tried on carpeted surfaces only. The shoes must not show any visible signs of wear and should be returned in the original packaging. We will have final say on whether the shoe is re-sellable or not. If returning any products, online customers must pay for inbound shipping or return directly in store. For exchanges please contact us by email info@montecarloshoes.com and we will provide FREE shipping for the new product.
